• GIF OR ANIMATED GIF - You must prepare your image in GIF or Animated GIF format, no larger than 300(w) X 280(h) pixels, 72 dpi resolution, and no more than 50kb in size.
• YOU CAN TURN OFF FEATURE ANY TIME – For advertisers who do not have or do not want to use a custom image, they have the option to turn off the feature from their back office. If an advertiser turns off this feature, consumers will simply receive the advertiser’s text message without any image link.
